Hello Yoga Today (Best site for yoga)

I had a quick question, how can the Yoga Sak (www.yogasak.com) get onto a great site like yours? We would love to cross promote if possible? I know you have a great following so anything you can do to help out the cause would be awesome!

By the way, congratulations on being the top 100 yoga blogs in 2011. That's a great accomplishment.

Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.

Sincerely,

The Yoga Sak Team

Thanks for all the great practices! I have tight hamstrings that sometimes lead to lower back pain. What's the best way for me to tackle this? During back bends is it better to bend the knees and reach the floor or keep the legs straight? Ta, Paul.

Yes, i agree with this article. Meditation is something of truly importance ion our life. Is not only closing eyes in calm place to separate the self from the rest of the universe. Is the opposite. Meditation is to look at reality, breathing the whole universe, expanding our sensations, walking on a path of progressive awareness of the reality, focusing on the everchanging present e watching our thoughts and illusions come an go away, without touching our equilibrium and harmony.
I know it's difficult, but this is the "right path", the Dhammapada, as a wise man lived 2500 years fo has teached to all mankind.
