I am just ‘head over heels’ with Pranayam practice, so I would say it’s essential. It helps us ‘tune in’ and begin to calm the buisy mind that is always ‘chattering’…as well as connect us with our inner teacher often named the breath. Our breath, if we pay attention to it, will let us know our level of exertion in yoga as well as our level of concentration. So I say ‘breath is key’. namaste,

Good day, I am specifying only for kundalini yoga, I’ve been actually practicing for 3 months on 4 of your practices recommended by a professional since I sought help during the peak of my emotional instability.
