I just did your kundalini class, which is the free class this week and I loved it. I typically do Hatha/vinyasa classes. How do you suggest I incorporate kundalini in to my regular practice? I am a beginner and I typically practice yoga about 5 or 6 days a week. - Sue, CA
Hi Sue,
Thanks for practicing with us! I would suggest you incorporate Kundalini as it works for you! There are so many different practices in Yoga and I feel we should find the combination that serves us physically, mentally, and “time wise.” So this will be up to you to decide. I practice four to five different classes a week – that works for me. When I was younger I practiced more Ashtanga (a more aggressive practice), and I now enjoy Vinyasa, Hot Yoga, Jivamukti and Kundalini on a regular basis! These of course are the physical practices. There is also self-study and Meditation. The day is just not long enough!!! I’d invite you to try it all and then decide what serves you best. Happy practicing!!
