Last summer I participated as a student in one of Neesha’s awesome Anusara classes. It was Kim, Neesha, and I high up on a butte with the spectacular Tetons in the background. The morning air was brisk, the crew was ready, and Neesha was giving me a pep talk. I put on my yogi face and tried my best to do what Neesha and all the other instructors and students do so well…practice yoga IN FRONT of the camera! It was a whole new challenge for me as a student of yoga, but in the end I had a blast.

It’s hard to believe that I am in my 3rd year working at Yoga Today!  For those of you who don’t know, I am in charge of production and the behind-the-scenes stuff like casting, coordinating schedules, etc.  Moving from behind the scenes to in front of the camera helped me fully embrace the magic of Yoga Today.  It is inspiring to see myself practice alongside my Yoga Today family in the gorgeous surroundings of Jackson Hole.

Thanks to all of you for your continued support with Yoga Today and especially for making all of us believe in what we do. We are excited about the next 5 years of making Yoga Today everything it has the potential to be!
