Although it, for several reasons, is a while since I actually joined you on the mat from my corner in Sweden, I love following your new posts. I’m a busy mom with a lively toddler, and I also work from home. For me, getting to practice for a whole hour is a luxury. I can only do about two full classes a week and then squeeze in what I can with your light practice segments. Even if I do just a little bit here and there, I still feel a difference. I am a female, 58 years old that needs to stretch my tight body and relax. I have been watching this site for some time and I am ready to start the novice program.
The video is a great help to me. I have knee problem and find it hard to cross by legs or knee. I will keep working on the stretches and let you know how I am doing.
