Prepare to be challenged. In the fifth, all-new class of our six-part Guru Challenge, Adi guides a practice culminating in a dynamic pose. The class is called “Kiss the Edge of Challenge : Preparation for Visvamitrasana” and it’s now available for subscribers on yogatoday.com.
