Wonderful Class, Adi.
I am a subscriber and would like to download this class but do not find it on the website list. How can I buy a copy?

Perfect! I have an infant and my yoga time is always squeezed in early in the morning or on a break from work. I love this. I’ve been looking for a simple, shortened version of class to play regularly. Thanks you!

This was a wonderful class! It’s perfect for those days when you are busy, but still want a meditative, brisk workout. Thank you, Adi! This is deeply appreciated.

I am looking for yoga workshops or retreats to attend this spring and summer. Could anyone send me this info….and preferably a location in the United States! North Carolina would be perfect.
Thanks,
TT

TT….There is a wonderful workshop in the Raleigh/Durham area given by John Friend (the founder of Anusara yoga) May 22 and 23. I had friends that went last year and said it was phenomenal. I have definitely signed up for this year!
Google the website and then click on “John’s Events” to register.
Hope this helps!

Truly Beautiful Class.
You should check out Zera Vaughan and incorporate her music with your poses. Her music creates such an amazing, euphoric atmosphere that I love to dive into when practicing yoga. I just bought her album “The New Seed” on iTunes and highly recommend it to everyone.
