I am trying to get Neesha Zollingers short workshop on Inner Ballance, Eka Pada Koundi… to open, it does not. I hate miss these short workshops, because they disappear to fast. Do you have the somwhere on your website for sale? Since I work now 13 or so hours during the Christmas season till sometime in January I just do not have the time for the regular classes. I have misse quite a few already there was one on backbands or back I think and 2 more.
Why do they not play? The regular classes play.

Renate, these short sessions never disappear — they are always available through the “community” and then “blog” settings.
However, as for this one, I can’t get it to play either…and I normally don’t have problems with these classes!

This one is not working normally for me either. The photo on the newsletter looks challenging. I am looking forward to learning this.

Really enjoyed this! I love that you provide these 20 minute options for those days when I just can’t make it to the mat for an hour. Thank you Neesha and YogaToday!
For those who can’t make it work – check out youtube. On the times they aren’t working on this site, youtube seems to be just fine.

I was hoping someone could tell me what the music is that plays at the beginning of the videos. Thanks!

Hi Michele,
The song that plays in the beginning of the video is entitled “Sofa Rockers (Richard Dorfmeister Remix.)” It’s by the Sofa Surfers on their “See the Light” Album from Klein Records:)
Click here to buy it in iTunes.

I will keep practicing this!! I learned wonderful things about arm balances in general. The strength of the shins and making your hips light…amazing what a difference that makes. Thank you!

Great quality video as always though for Side Crow I really needed a better shot of where to place the hands in regards to the feet. i.e. how far apart and if they’re towards the top of the mat or the rear. Really want to do this pose properly.
5 stars otherwise though!

Wonderful flow! I love the sequence of asanas that you selected to build up to the arm balance. I also love the beautiful way that you provide detailed technical info in a spirited way! Thanks for the awesome blog!
