Unable to watch this and several others with Adi on my PC from this page. The video keeps stopping and loading every 5 sec. I have no problem watching Sarah's or Nisha's blogs.

This may be a silly question, but are there modifications for the "against the wall" shoulder stretch?

It seems like it should be really helpful to me -- my shoulders are always tight! -- but, um, I have a fairly large chest. Lying on my stomach, my breasts don't allow me to get *down* enough to feel it in the shoulders at all.

Would there be some other way to get a similar stretch?
