Enter the holiday season with an open heart! Adi leads a short sequence that will loosen up your shoulders, upper back and neck in preparation for the queen of all asanas, shoulder stand.
I’m not able to view some of these blog videos. Some I can see fine. A link to the youtube version would be handy for those of us who can’t seem to access this technology.
I watched this on youtube and really liked it. My shoulders are pretty tight, so I really ned this. It had some openers that were completely new to me. I plan to do some of them regularly.
This may be a silly question, but are there modifications for the “against the wall” shoulder stretch?
It seems like it should be really helpful to me — my shoulders are always tight! — but, um, I have a fairly large chest. Lying on my stomach, my breasts don’t allow me to get *down* enough to feel it in the shoulders at all.
Would there be some other way to get a similar stretch?
Unable to watch this and several others with Adi on my PC from this page. The video keeps stopping and loading every 5 sec. I have no problem watching Sarah’s or Nisha’s blogs.
Hello everyone! I just wanted to share with you a yoga clothing and informational site that has been featured in Oprah’s Magazine as one of her favorite Yoga and Activewear clothing sites.. feel free to visit http://www.splits59.com for some great clothing and advice from professionals! Enjoy
That was a great short workout and heart opening. Wonderful stretching sequence for arms and side body.

Love the background, where is this filmed again?
