You bring up a great point in that we sometimes
&#039;assume&#039; being still, say in balancing poses 
may be boring yet this is when the work can
&#039;really&#039; happen.  For instance we can go inwards and focus on our drishti (gaze), our
sounding breath and applying our locks!
 Being still can be so dynamic!
