I'm juggling about 10 things right now so I don't have that much time to play around learning how to make a website. What are good resources to jump-start implementing javascript, php, mySQL, etc?.

I don't suppose I've never learned something like this before. So nice to see somebody with some original thoughts on this subject. I really thank you for beginning it. This website is something that's wanted on the internet, someone with a bit originality.

Your internet site came up in my search and i prompted by what you've printed on this matter. I am currently expanding my analysis and therefore can't contribute further, even so, I've bookmarked website will probably be returning to keep up with any rising revisions. Just love it and thanks for admitting my remark.

I seem to be having the same problem as Tuty. My quick time player is up to date, yet it is also displaying the message that I need to download a third-party plugin. It is especially perplexing because I had previously done (and truly enjoyed) this class among others, so I'm not sure what changed. Any advice would be appreciated, because I am no technological wiz.

On a side note, thank you yoga today for making yoga classes with such wonderful instructors readily available to those of us who might not have experienced yoga otherwise.

Thanks
Christine

Hi Adi
I love this video and I feel more confident than ever about getting into this pose! I have not done the splits since I was a kid and the preparation for this is perfect! I have been practicing yoga for about 2 years on and off and I needed a deeper hip flexor and hamstring stretch, this is what the dr. ordered! I really love and appreciate how you safely prepare someone for the pose and my hips are thanking you! I love your teaching style and how you explain where you should feel the pose. You're a great instructor, thank you for all you do!

Namaste
