Adi brings another inspiring Ashtanga class focusing on twisting your core to release unneeded tension. Filmed in the setting of Jackson Hole, you will be transformed to a place of insight and tranquility with your yoga practice.
I am so grateful for the free yoga classes you offer through the podcast. And can’t wait to see this new one from Adi. But, at 1.56 G it’s going to take forever to download (maybe 8 hours). Your video guys might want to trim that down a bit. That might be just the right resolution for a huge HD plasma screen, but for a computer monitor or laptop, it’s a waste. But it’s just a suggestion. Thanks again.
This was a great class! Vigourous, energizing, interesting and twisty!
Thank you!
In reference to Jim’s comment, I watch yoga today on my computer monitor and have had no problems.
I love yoga today!!!
Hey, good class. I fell recently and hurt my lower back pretty good. I found that most of these poses were helpful (taken gently) and breathing through the stretch was beneficial. Thanks.
Also, about the time to download – it might depend where you are and your connection speed. It took about six hours while sitting in the hospital waiting room opposed to 15 minutes at my home. So maybe try a different location.
I have to agree with Jim about the size of these files. I know I’ve said it before, but it’s worth repeating. Even your full length class files aren’t this large, which is a good thing, because if they were I wouldn’t download them.
I love YogaToday, and that’s not going to change. But, while the quality of these new files may be impeccable, by making them so large, you’re losing views and downloads. Plain and simple.
I’m that glad many of you are still able to enjoy these new classes. I’m still able to enjoy them myself (although they do take considerably longer to load, it’s nothing I can’t work around). I think it all depends on your computer, and your internet connection speed.
My point is that, as of right now, I feel it’s more exclusive. But that’s just my opinion, and I’ve made it clear on more than one occasion… so I think it’s time to give it a rest!
Hello and thank you for your wonderful yoga! I am disappointed though that I can not seem to get the newest blog entries to work for me. Is there someone who can explain it to me? I have installed Apple QuickTime but still no new blogs.
Daisy, I also have had problems with the new blogs. Did you try viewing them on Youtube or downloading them from itunes (podcast section)?
I’ll let you know if Quicktime ever works on these new blogs for me!
Nice blog.Your blog yoga today rocks. Nice videos on yoga. Thanks for this yoga classes. They helped me alot. I loved the videos. This twist away tension video is really very nice.
Thanks Adi for a great workout. I feel so much better at the end of the session. Your instructions are very clear and easy to follow. It’s such a great pleasure to be able to learn from you even though I am at an overseas location (Hong Kong). Thanks again and Namaste.
I would like to hear from anyone who has tried bamboo yoga wear? I’m very anxious about wearing any synthetic material clothing and came across these bamboo and organic cotton yoga tops and pants, but don’t know how well they breath or stretch?
This class is a very nice short ashtanga style sequence. It has some pilates- style abs work towards the end. I found it pretty tough on the quads, especially as Adi does everything on one side first and then all the same poses on the other side, so your legs don’t get much of a break.

Thank you very much for this class, very helpful. Never any complaints here.
Is there a way to rip this episode and get it on to a HD television? If so I would be quite willing to do so.
Only takes a while to download the first time after that it comes up quite easily.
Peace
