[...] Renew Your Rhythms — I’ve been practicing this wonderful Kundalini training from Yoga Today practically the whole instance I’ve been on vacation. This 25-minute training revitalizes, energizes, and gets my day off to a enthusiastic start. [...]

Michelle,

I love kundalini! I wish there were a way to add this short khapalapati practice to my downloaded classes- I hate waiting for the players to load, and if I don’t, I end up doing endless kriya……. one more forever, indeed.
Too much kundalini breathing and repititions for my taste. Not restorative as I thought it would be.
Stephanie,
thank you for your feedback! Feel free
to sit a rapid breathing session out every
now and then! we appreciate you watching
and practicing with us!
