I decided to try this shorter practice because I was really feeling unwell and low on energy today-just getting over a cold. By the end, I felt MUCH better and my energy level has tripled.

I am so disappointed in the new format as I am not able to watch the video’s . I continue each day to try and each day end up frustrated. I feel I have a good high speed internet service but do not have an up to date Adobe Acrobat. With the old site I was able to enjoy the videos without any problems. I hope you can work something out to make this available to everyone without having to purchase more programs to enable us to enjoy your amazing videos. Many thanks. Namaste

i do Yoga everyday for the purpose of relaxation. Yoga really helps me in getting a very relaxed mind and body.
Thanks, Adi! This is my favorite of the shorter videos. There are some really interesting balancing sequences and it goes at a fairly quick pace, however by the end I feel relaxed and stretched out in my back/hips.
