Thanks to all of the support for the new website, we are back outdoors producing new classes!
Try this 30-minute Kundalini sequence with Sarah to oxygenate your blood, build internal heat and
cleanse the lens of the mind. Set in the stunning Grand Teton National Park, it’s as Karmic as it gets:)

Wonderful awakening. Thanks, Sara, for sharing the kundalini practice. You’ve made it so accessible and inspiring.
Stanka,
thank you for watching and practicing

Because of your support we have been

Thank you Sara! I feel so alive and full of loving vibrations. I finished the practice and just had to sit and hug myself for a moment!
I love all your classes Sara, but especially have been enjoying the Kundalini. You are gift to us all!
Dear All,
My name is Fabricio Altamirano, I am a Yogini in El Salvador. I am currently practicing Secondary Series of Ashtanga with my teacher Nina Cabrales.
I used to be a faithful viewer of your Podcasts and was tremendously dissapointed when the program switched to this format. Is there a way to download the videos or are they streaming only available?

This was a great class, thank you so much!
I was having trouble with my wrists hurting/straining when doing the up dog/down dog kriya. Does anyone know of any exercises that can be done to prevent this, or help strengthen the wrists?
Namaste
Michelle,
thank you for watching and practicing with us!
If I were you I would modify and come to forearms! A wonderful wrist strenghtener is to lay face down, turn your hands palms down and
slide them underneath your torso as much as you can! This is shalbasana! This is a great compression for your arms and wrists and will
bring a new bloodflow to your wrists when you
come out of the pose.

Sarah, you are amazing. I hope to practice one day with the grace discipline you bring to all your classes.
Thanks for another great Kundalini class. If you can, keep them coming, I am feeling amazing results after each class.
Sean,
thank you. With your continued viewership
and support we can keep these classes
coming your way!

What a beautiful and invigorating practice. I’ll be camping in the Tetons in the next two weeks. I look forward to being able to see a mountain peak when I do my downdogs and updogs.
Jackie,
Please let us, myself, neesha or adi know
when you’re coming to the tetons as we’d
love to meet you and have you come to one
of our studios!

This one kicked my bum. Hard. I couldn’t even finish it. I *was* tired, but damn. Kundalini still kicks my bum, absolutely.
Sarah – I have a question: while doing the cow tilt the back of my neck began to hurt. What was I doing wrong? How can I keep this from happening again? It hadn’t hurt before, but I’d never done that pose as a kriya, just as asanas.
Thanks! ^_^
Hi Natalia,
thank you for practicing with us on yogatoday!
You may have been clenching your shoulders
or throwing your head back. Aim at distributing the weight of your body equally
in your hands and knees and be sure to engage
your root lock!

I have been enjoying practicing with Sarah since the podcasts. I am very excited to use the video collection on this site.
I am very thankful to have yogatoday.
In response to Michelle’s question about wrists hurting. I have the same problem and the best thing I have found is to really use my arm strength and push back during down dog. Too often it feels as if I am falling forward onto my wrists and this technique has helped me and my tiny wrists greatly. Also try and make sure that when doing updog that your wrists are not behind your shoulders. (The wrists feel better when they are at an angle of 90degrees or greater. Hope that helps.
Namaste
Dear Sarah,
Karmic Kundalini has become one of my favorite classes!
I am particularly inspired by the mountain meditation at the end!
Blessings to you from Wisconsin!

……
I absolutely loved this class!
I got very dizzy during this Kundalini class. What could be causing this? And what can I do to help that?
Elizabeth,
thank you for watching and practicing with us
on yogatoday! Again the breath of fire oxygenates the blood stream quicker than any other type of breathing. For some it is ‘too
much o2, too fast’. So slow your breathing
down, go into child’s pose…pace yourself.

I did this twice and felt so bright and happy and vibrant, I talked my bf into doing it with me. He’s done yoga before, but not Kundalini and he got very dizzy with a racing pulse for several minutes, we had to stop after 16 minutes! He was pushing himself I feel instead of allowing the natural energy of Kundalini build and flow, I don’t know how else to explain it. But he’s hooked on Yoga Today now, too and Sarah’s his favourite instructor!
I love this class. Thanks Sarah!
