Spring has sprung in Jackson Hole and along with a brand spanking new website, we’re back outdoors to bring you 20 minute power workouts, one-on-one with the instructors! In this week’s class Neesha invites you to move beyond your perceived limitations and find something more in an Anusara sequence for intermediate yogis.

This is an absolutely gorgeous setting for this class. After only a short warm up Neesha moves right into Pincha Mayurasana! Such strength and grace in that pose.

Thanks for a great 20 minute practice Neesha. I did it last night and felt I really had made the most of the few minutes I could spare for yoga. Some of the poses are still beyond my grasp, but it sure is fun trying!
And I loved the appearance of Sid the dog.

I love Neesha’s teaching and routines. She is truly great at providing me with new things to do. She makes it look easy but still takes the time to make sure we are all keeping up with her.
I do recommend that the camera angles be checked more carefully. The close-ups on Neesha on Down Dog and other hands-on-the-mat poses had a plant in the way of her hands and arms. I just watched another teacher who cautioned us not to put our palms flat (like I finally saw Neesha do in this video) because of possible wrist injury. I wanted to see better what Neesha was doing.
Thanks for a great site. I will become a member as soon as I get a computer set up with my new HD TV.

Thanks, Neesha and yogatoday! This was a great way to get energized and to loosen up on a day when I have a limited amount of time to practice. I really enjoyed these sequences.
