Keep doing your yoga, and I will keep doing mine. Namaste is that greeting and constant blessing of remembering the highest in each other, thanks for that Ben.
We have good news: our new website will be launched soon, (tomorrow!!!) this will give you all more variety and possibilities in how you get your yoga on!
This is exactly what I will use for a quick AM pick-me-up for my self and with my “I only drink Mountain Dew but have no energy” summer college students.
I am an assistant farm manager at a labor learning college and just because I love yoga and realize that I couldn’t make it through out the day with out it – I want to share it with my work students. Short little energisers like this help me to offer a shared moment without pop tarts and mountain dew. ( But we will eat frozen grapes exactly afterwards!)
Fantastic! Quick and easy. Love the energy rich vocabulary you use. Wonderful visualisation that take yoga inward and allow me to really get into the pose.
Neesha,that was quick! :)
I learned/figured out today what “namaste” really means… it is asking, “May the Force be with you”! I thought that Neesha would agree/approve.
thanks for these short blog posts – I am a high school teacher and am going to do these during my prep.
I sure wish they were podcast again… that was great – I could watch em without the internet.
This quick pick-me-up, sure picked me up! Thank you!
