Whether you lead an active lifestyle or sit at a desk all day, it’s pretty common to walk through life with tight hips. Left unattended; this region of the body can become a reservoir for stress and anxiety. Promote healthy hip flexors and strengthen the legs, core and lower back with this deep hip opening sequence with Adi.

Thanks for this site. Do you know any good Yoga Center in Paris?
A new site, http://www.Somibo.com: The soul mind and body connection, allows wellness related businesses to list themselves and be rated and reviewed by “customers.” I think it could be helpful.
Great video! Didn’t have time this morning to do a full class so this was perfect!
Loved the lunges! Actually never done that sort of lunging with the top of the foot on the mat before in a Yoga class so that was a great surprise!
Wrist Alignment Question: In this video you suggested to place our hands so the middle finger is parallel to the mat. In other videos I’ve heard to make sure the index finger is parallel. Which way is bests for my wrists? Maybe somewhere in between? Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Keep up the amazing work!!!
Thanks for sharing that video, I can always appreciate a good lunge session :)
Hey!
Thanks for the great free resources, they are fantastic. One small critcism about this one though – can you make the music optional? I found it so hard to concentrate and hear what Adi was saying.
Thanks,
Lucy
@Lucy You may have your audio settings on “Movie” or other sound setting that changes the levels making music louder than speech.
i agree! the music should be optional. This particular music was not appealing to me.
thx!!!
I just found your blog. Great articles and well written. Namaste!
Can you display how long the segment is? Thanks
I love Adi, but this time I could barely hear her – the music was too loud ;o(.
Also: is thee any way you could tell us ahead of time what are the materials we will need for the class (e.g., block – 1 or 2; stretch band, etc.)? I find myself sometimes running to get the blocks or getting them and not needing them… it would be better if I was prepared for the class ahead of time ;o).
I love this website! Thanks!!!
