Neesha offers a mini workshop on proper body alignment in handstand. Circulate your blood and bring a burst of oxygen to your brain with this fun and invigorating pose!
Neesha – Thank you so much for this! I did my first handstand away from the wall at an Anusara retreat over the Christmas holiday and it was such a rush! This mini-workshop helped me get that feeling back!!
I was searching for more full length classes by you, as I have done all you have to offer:) I came across this handstand routine and love it for teaching. My students often have that fear factor and this well timed, clear, and fun recording offered me tips on how to encourage that “courage” that students may need to take the next step all the way upside down:)!
We need more full classes:) Maybe one just for inversions with handstand & Picha Mayurasana as pinnacle poses?
Handstands are great aren’t they? We will have more full length classes soon! Yoga Today is going through some amazing shifts. We are going to have some 20 minute sequences next, then more full length classes this summer.
Hang in there, and keep growing the courage in your own community!
Thanks Neesha. I really learned a lot from this sequence. It has helped me in teaching handstands to my students. I hope to attend your workshop this August in the Tetons!

Awesome Lynn,
It would be fabulous to see you again!
I am glad that the video helped in teaching, because everyone deserves handstand play!
