If you spend hours every day sitting behind a desk, in your car, or on your couch; you may suffer from what Adi refers to as “Affluent Society Syndrome.” This lifestyle creates stiffness in your hip flexors, hamstring and psoas muscles, which can take a serious toll on your lower back over time. Keep your back feeling fresh and limber with this short sequence of moves that will bring greater flexibility to these muscle groups while restoring strength and integrity to your spine and core.

Adi offers excellent instruction and guidence throughout this very beneficial lower back sequence!
Thank you for offering these shorter, but detailed sessions, targeting specific areas for theraputic relief.
I am relatively new to yoga, and find the attention to correct form, along with the clear visuals, such a wonderful help! Again thank you!
Namaste~

Hi Elena,
I’ve tracked down the problem! The Content Distribution Network used by our the company that manages our player had a failure at one of their datacenters, which lead to some problems uploading new files for access by users in certain regions. This issue should be resolved and they are running tests to try to catch any files that failed to upload so that they can be reuploaded and made available in affected areas.
Long story short: the problem should be resolved soon, if not already… and unfortunately we are four steps removed from it and have very little control. I apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for the feedback!
Nice, thanks for share! lower leg pain

I incorporated this into my yoga class and they really liked it. Part of our cool down before savasana.
Like cat/cow but lying on your back is a very useful description because everyone is familiar with cat/cow on hands and knees, and you can get a full action with breathing on your back as well. Everyone (all levels) can do it with success and benefits.
Thanks and namaste.
