Many of us sit at a desk for hours on end, resulting in a posture that can be really taxing on the shoulders. Neesha introduces the Anusara concept of “Inner Body Bright,” which is designed to reconnect you to your source and reverse the negative affects of dull posture. Establish a good foundation for your shoulders in this therapeutic set of upper body brightening exercises with Neesha.

Thanks so much – this is just what I needed. Maybe you can also show some poses, that help during the first (sometimes painful) days of the female cycle – that would be great!
Thanks so much for running this site.
All the best from Berlin (you got many fans here too :-) )

I was wondering if you would be willing to link to our site from yours. We are not trying to drive traffic from your site to ours but merely trying to get google to notice our link. In exchange for linking to our site we would love to give you a free bottle of green tea pills. Im sure you’re aware of all the wonderful benefits of green tea. Our site is called http://www.weightlossave.com check us out, and if your interested in giving us a link email me at taraivers@gmail.com
Thanks for your time.
I always practiced ashtanga but thinging about giving a try to anusara, I also have sloulder pain
When you posted this, it was PERFECT timing! for me anyway. I had a rotator cuff injury that was about a week into healing & I had to super modify everything & even take some time off from your classes. This mini sequence targeting the shoulders helped my ailment incredibly! I felt relief on the spot. I kept at it for the next 4-5 days and the pain & injury healed much faster than in previous times. Thanks Neesha & Erin & all of you at Yoga Today, you guys are a huge part of day! All the time I love it. xoxo
Thank you for offering this very helpful shoulder/neck sequence!
I have suffered from chronic stiffness and pain in this area for many years, due to poor posture. Now, just starting my yoga practice, I am so grateful to have these specific (shorter) exercises at my disposal, thanks to Yoga Today!
As a beginner, these are not beyond my capabilities, therefore not leaving me discouraged early in my practice! Thank you to all! :)
Love your videos! Like someone else said, usually I also do Ashtanga but you’ve really fed my interest for more Anusara!
p.s. Would love some asanas for the upper spine/neck.
Hi everyone,
Keep the comments coming. We are happy to share the gift and evolution of yoga to people of all ages, regardless of level of experience, or injuries that you may have.
Thanks for the feedback,
Neesha
