Once again Yogatoday is joined by Olympic ski racer Resi Stiegler and professional snowboarder Rob Kingwill. With their help Sarah Kline takes us through a fantastic set of stretches to help us cool down after a long day on the slopes.
For some reason this one plays in iTunes, but comes up as incompatible format for my iPod Touch. I can get a few of the other sessions from YogaToday to play. Any reason why?
the reason it doesn’t work on your iPod touch is we did not render it to specs. sorry about that. there was a miscommunication with the editor while i was out of town for the holidays.
There is an easy way to convert the file within iTunes. To make it compatible:
1. highlight the file within your Podcast Library
2. go to “Advanced” in the top navigation bar of iTunes and select “Create iPod or iPhone Version.”
3. The conversion should begin and the progress will be shown.
4. The new file will show up in your “Movies” Library, ready to be moved to your iPod or synced with your iPhone. (***remember to look under “Movies” not “Podcasts” after you’ve moved the file to your iPod.)
If for some reason you are not seeing that option, check to make sure your iTunes is up-to-date.
We’ll be sure to publish them in a format that is iPod-ready from now on. Cheers!
Great!, Im going snowboarding tomorrow!
