Neesha Zollinger explains the basics of how to fix those detested sore knees. Starting with the feet and working our way up. Stacking bone on bone for proper alignment, greater motion and more flexibility.

This is the best thing I’ve done for my knees. I’m 56 and when I was 14 I had knee surgery. Lately I’ve been experiencing pain in the joint. I did this sequence for a few days and I can’t believe the difference.I’m a yoga teacher and I’m going to pass on this teaching to my students and i will dedicate the practice to you, Neesha

thank you Neesha! I’m a professional ballet dancer who experiences serious knee issues and underwent surgery 3 years ago. Any other recommendations for specific knee strengtheners?
I am starting a blog soon to address specific concerns. I can’t keep up with the amount of emails that I get, so I will begin writing more on body topics as well as contemplations, journeys, healing and the ecstatic mystery of life.
