Nice. Rob and Resi are such great personalities. They make me laugh.
That was really fun! There’s no snow where I am, so I’m using this sequence as a pre-mountain biking warm-up. And I love the kriyas–thanks for the variety, Sarah.

Thanks, we have lots of snow up here in Alberta, will use the spinal warm up for my recreational snowboard group I coach during the week.

it is easy to learn Yoga although it seems difficult at first try. I practice Yoga mainly for relaxation and for improving my blood circulation.
