Feeling short on energy? Try these simple stretches and jump on your bike for a quick refresher in the middle of the day. If you don’t have access to a bike path, a stationary bike has nearly the same effect, just be sure to step out for some fresh air afterwards:)

Have a suggestion. Since you specialise in Ashtanga Yoga, how about a video covering Ashtanga chants for beginners. After following your Ashtanga classes on Yoga Today for two years I recently went to my first Ashtanga class and managed to fit right in due to your wonderful instructions!
However when everyone started chanting in Sanskrit in unison I was completely lost. A video on this would be ideal for those of us looking to take our Ashtanga Yoga practice to the next level. Why is there chanting? What does it mean? Are there different kinds?

I have been wanting to watch this video, but I can never get it to play. I haven’t had trouble with any of the other ones… not sure what’s up.
By the way, I’ve done all the other blog vids (most of them, several times), and they’re great! I’m now in the habit of doing one of the 1-hour yoga today practices, and then following it up with one or two of the blog ones each night. That ends up being the perfect amount of practice for me each day. And I can mix and match stuff depending on what I want to focus on at the time. It’s terrific! Thank you for this wonderful service.
