Hi, this type of short sequence is very inspiring – however a bit too advanced for a beginner like myself. Would love something similar but maybe on a more basic level. (I can see myself in a wrecked pile on the floor after trying too acrobatic excersises… not a pretty sight ;-) )
Thanks for your comment Anna. We will be sure to make more basic sequences soon. Keep watching and referring your friends to us, and we will be able to make more short sequences for all levels!
I concur with Anna-Maja. These are exercises that are more for later during the day when the body is all warmed up and limber. In my daily routine the yoga comes as the first thing in the morning and I would like a routine that is more connected to the ground, which I can then end up with a nice short meditation and prayer to start the day.
I would love you to compile a few sequences for people who have come to yoga late in life, are flexible enough but need to be careful with their joints like the senior citizen that I am. Any chance of that?
Thank you for your comments and feedback! I understand the need to do a grounded and slow practice. I made this video, because we have far less of this type of practice on our website. We have many beginning and gentle sequences on our website, yogatoday.com. Please check those out and in the mean-time, we will work on getting a short beginning sequence.
thank you Neesha, this is very good.
Get juicy with the Prana.
Phrase of the day.
You rock, Neesha.
I am glad that I can serve you guys!
and that you are feeling the juice!!!
