A wonderful journey has invited me to soften and settle into the culmination of a year of study. During the past 12 months I have committed to practice with Professor Paul Muller-Ortega in a course of philosophy and meditation. We have our final retreat together this coming weekend. In preparation for this amazing time with teacher and community, I am fortunate to step into some non-structured time.
My boyfriend and I have traveled from Wyoming to California over the past few days, practicing yoga at Yoga Kula in Salt Lake City, climbing rocks in Nevada, playing in the Pacific Ocean, more yoga at Soul Yoga in Encinitas, and meditating wherever we find ourselves.
Throughout this experience we have found ourselves surrounded in the love of friends, the texture of learning about each other and the laughter of our fun together. I look forward to this time with my teacher with a rested, clear and refreshed perspective.
My adventures continue back home in Jackson, and then on to the Anusara Grand Gathering in Estes Park Colorado. After that, my home studio will host Noah Maze for a weekend of yoga and myth. Santa Fe is after that, where John Friend, the founder of Anusara Yoga, will be teaching an Advanced Therapy Training. Then I go to Scandinavia to teach in several studios!
Hopefully I will get to connect with many of you along the way! Stay in touch and ask me about specific dates to join me along the way!

Hi Neesha,
I really look forward to going to Gothenburg and take (a) class(es) with you! So please post all the necessary info about times, places etc :) And then I am on my way!
Yours, Gunn Helene
That sounds amazing! Any chance of you coming to Tokyo, Japan for a bit? ;)
Neat post. A mini story of your adventures right now. I was inspired. You are really living. I am a new mom struggling for sleep and inner peace and joy.
Thanks!
I feel inspired! What a wonderful fall you have planned…
Hey, Neesha!
I am so proud of you and the continued learning you enjoy experiencing!
I’m stuck here at my receptionist’s desk … want to trade places?
Have fun on your adventures!
Hey everyone!
I hope that these writings and adventures inspire you to keep doing your yoga and recognizing the power of intention and creating the reality that serves your highest endeavors!
Keep in touch with me!
and Brad, I would love to come to Tokyo. Do you have a local studio that would be interested in hosting a guest teacher? Is there much interest in the yoga today buzz over there? If there is, I am sure we could get everybody together for a celebratory gathering where we can meet and practice together!
