Hello everyone! In this video I offer some warm-up and warm-down exercises that are great when performed before and after hiking and running.

We’ll be going 1,500 feet vertical – climbing the local ski hill, Snow King Mountain. It’s right in our backyard here in the town of Jackson and serves as the perfect treadmill for both people and dogs after a long workday.

Getting outside and being active clears the cobwebs from the mind, loosens up the spine and expands the lungs, leaving your legs strong and your mind at ease.

Come out and enjoy the day with us!
