This is an exciting way for Adi, Sarah and I to stay in touch with you, both collectively and individually.
Our lives are rich with diverse experience, understandings, teachings and adventures. It is here where you will find a gateway into those journeys.
I am eager to share with you other yoga practices that enhance my life as well as my voyages, studies, interactions with community and offerings as a teacher and studio owner.
Let the fun begin! In celebration of this rainbow day, may you drink in every color, every moment fully!
YEAH!

Same here! Am totally addicted to Yoga Today and love this blog so far! Great information, well made videos and also a chance to interact with other Yoga Today fans via the comments.
Good luck and thank you!
Congrats on launching your blog! It looks GREAT!
Once again Yoga Today is visionary…Love the blog! Now that I know what a blog is….Yoga Today just keeps growing better and better. Appreciate time it takes, as well as the information shared.
Well done, Yogis…well done.
Congrats. and pleasant wishes.
Thank you.
Thank YOU Cindy!
Part of my vision is expanding and growing as a person, and as a teacher. I feel lucky to be part of Yoga Today, because the viewpoint is the same!
Stay in touch, and let us know what you would like to see!
love this site. I always tell people about it. Yoga has greatly reduced my lower back pain AND the ringing in my right ear.
My daughter age 12 is in physical therapy for a horse riding accident. I’m going to introduce her to yoga to help her strengthen her body.
thanks!
Thank you so much for all the happy making classes, great, helpful explanations and above all for your inspiration! I think you make a great team. I am in the Carribean for 7 weeks now and luckily found your website quite soon after my arrival. Since the island I am on has a limited offer in yogaclasses, I was thrilled to follow yours.
I was wondersing, since I also run and dive in the sea for a swim afterwards, are there any yoga exercises that would be nice to do in the water?
With Gratitude,
Namana
One year! : )
