Green smoothies really allow you to pack a ton on nutrients into one glass….supplements, superfood powders, greens, goji berries, seeds, nuts – whatever your body needs, you can pretty much guarantee you’ll find it in a green smoothie. Here’s one specific recipe that been dialed in for the fall.
Ingredients
| 1 | c | .romaine lettuce |
| 1⁄2 | apple | |
| 2 | T | .chia seeds |
| 2 | t | ginger root |
| 1 | T | .goji berries |
| 3 | dates (pitted) | |
| 2 | T | .almonds (soaked) |
| 3 | c | .water (use more or less for desired thickness) |
Instructions
- Put all ingredients into a blender.
- Add stevia for more sweetness or spice for more pep.
